We are Robert and Connie McCaffery. All of my products are handcrafted. I use only premium waxes, oils and butters in my products. While I use superior quality essential oils, I do use some synthetic flavor and fragrance oils in some of my products. All product descriptions will list all ingredients used and whether it has an essential oil or synthetic flavor/and or fragrance oil in it. Learn about the ingredients I use and their benefits.

I started the Nature Maiden® product line in 2007. The line includes bath & body products, all natural dog products, natural bug repellents, unscented products, gift baskets and more. All products can be purchased online through my website.

I handle all aspects of my product line- from product testing and development, manufacture, label design, website maintenance, advertising, packaging, order fulfillment and shipping. My husband and boys help me lug many of my products to various craft fairs and festivals throughout the season. You may refer to the Events link on my website for dates and locations.

I feel that my products are gentler on your skin than most you'd buy in any store. Trained in Horticulture, I have a deep love of Nature. I use only premium ingredients. Most of those ingredients I use are derived from Nature, such as the butters, waxes and oils. Why buy expensive chemically produced products, when you can use a natural alternative?

POLICIES



PAYMENTS- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required in order to checkout.





PROCESS TIME- Orders are processed the same day they are received, and are shipped within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING- At this time I only ship within the 48 contiguous states. When possible I recycle shipping boxes. I currently only ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs were updated January 2011 to reflect the new rates.

A Word About The Current Shipping Option: At this time I only offer USPS Priority shipping. In the past I offered UPS as well. I found UPS is a better fit for larger packages, and most of orders I ship are smaller packages. UPS cost more as well, so I did away with that option.

It works like this: When you place an order and get to the shipping option, the system does not recognize the weight of your order, or have the ability to select the shipping method for you. At checkout, the customer is selecting the shipping method. Having more than one shipping option increases the likelihood of selecting an incorrect shipping method for your order. If you select an option and pay less for shipping than you should, then I must then absorb the cost.

Some Options the USPS offers:

• First Class -ONLY for packages under 13 oz
• Parcel Post -Close in price to Priority
• Priority -Fastest Method

What I will do: In the event a customer places an order let's say, for 1 lip balm, and they pay $5.00 for shipping, I will refund the difference of the actual shipping cost immediately.

To simplify the whole shipping process, I've decided to just have one option, Priority. With Priority Shipping, you'll get your order in 2-3 days from the day it ships out, and that's Awesome!



DELIVERY CONFIRMATION- A delivery confirmation # is assigned to every order. While the delivery confirmation # is not a tracking #, it does provide a minimal amount of tracking information for your order. You will receive this number via email after your order has been processed, and is ready for shipping.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS- In the event that you receive an item damaged, or are simply unsatisfied with it, please notify us immediately. We'll pay the return shipping cost. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of ship date. You have the option of either being refunded minus the shipping fee, or to receive an exchange of equal value.

CANCELLATION- Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK- Please note that I like to add customer feedback to the website. Only first names or initials, and state are listed.

Q: When will my order ship? A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Q: What happens if an item is Out of Stock? A: The website is updated on a regular basis per stock availability. In the unforeseen event that an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, you will be notified immediately, and an exchange or refund given.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Every order is assigned a Delivery Confirmation #, and while it is not the same as a tracking #, you can still view it's shipping progress.

Q: Can I have an order shipped to someone else? A: Absolutely!
