PAYMENTS- 
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required in order to checkout.
PROCESS TIME- Orders are processed the same day they are received, and are shipped within 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING- I currently only ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs were updated in 2008 to reflect the new rates.
Please note: I've decided to remove the UPS shipping option at this time because the rates are expensive. Most of my products are small items, and it is more practical to ship via Priority mail. I am not sure whether I will add UPS back as a shipping option in the future.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION- A delivery confirmation # is assigned to every order. You will receive this number via email after your order has been processed, and is ready for shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICIES-
In the event that you receive an item damaged, or are simply unsatisfied with it, you must notify us within 48 hours. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You have the option of either being refunded minus the shipping fee, or to receive an exchange of equal value.
*Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted.

A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Q: What happens if an item is Out of Stock?
A: The website is updated on a regular basis per stock availability. In the unforeseen event that an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, you will be notified immediately, and an exchange or refund given.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Every order is assigned a Delivery Confirmation #, and while it is not the same as a tracking #, you can still view it's shipping progress.
Q: Can I have an order shipped to someone else?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: The only product available for wholesale purchase are my soaps. Please note that not all varieties are available for wholesale purchase.
