Directions for use:

Push up from bottom and apply to your skin as you would with any lotion. The lotion bar will start to melt into your skin from your body heat. A little will go a long way, so you do not need a lot. You will notice that in only minutes your skin will drink up these wonderful oils.

Keep away from eyes. Keep out of reach of children & pets.

PLEASE NOTE: If using on feet, it is advisable to wear socks until the lotion absorbs.
