Nature Maiden®, Then and now...
In 2007 in Mattituck NY, the Nature Maiden® brand was launched and consisted of numerous bath and body products which included lip balms, body sprays, skin creams, lotion bars, soy candles, herbal insect sprays, salves and over fifty varieties of soap. My products were popular, especially at fairs, and I even got a celebrity review! After our much anticipated relocation to Hoosick Falls NY in late 2020, I made the decision to focus on select products, and pursue my dream of becoming a licensed grower.
I remember loving plants since I was a little girl, and I'd eventually go on to study horticulture. I've worked at florists, in retail and wholesale greenhouses, and I've also designed and installed residential and commercial gardens. In 2022 my nursery became licensed with New York State. I'm excited to now offer Culinary Herb Plants which has been a long held interest of mine for both their culinary and medicinal uses.
I also enjoy making soap and candles, so I'll be keeping select herbal varieties to complement the plant nursery. I'll soon be restocking my popular Artisan Soap in my online Gift Shop.
